Print the Lines to Stream, preceding each line with a prefix
defined by Severity.
goal_source_info(+AGoal, -Goal, -SourceInfo)-
Decomposes the annotated goal AGoal into a Goal proper
and the SourceInfo descriptor term, indicating the source
position of the goal.
